Bow Valley Learning Council
The Bow Valley Learning Council is a community adult learning council. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to lifelong learning and providing low and no-cost learning opportunities to communities across the Bow Valley. We partner with a variety of community organizations to deliver services to meet the learning needs of our community.
